This policy explains what EmeraldTide collects when you use emeraldtide.us, why we collect it, and who else it reaches. We have written it to describe what this site actually does, rather than to cover every hypothetical.

We never see your card number. Payment details are entered inside the booking widget and handled by Stripe. They do not pass through this website, and we cannot retrieve them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We rely on these service providers, each of which has its own privacy policy:
Google Analytics sets cookies that recognise returning visits. Our own analytics uses a random session identifier that is not linked to your name or email address. The booking widget may store your selections so that a part-filled form is not lost as you move around the site. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, though the booking widget may not work correctly if you do.
Email addresses are kept until you ask us to remove them. Booking records are retained in OwnerRez for as long as we need them for tax and business records. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.
This site is intended for adults booking accommodation. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
